2013 Ferrari F138 - Review, Price, Engine, Specifications

Specification image modification exterior interior price review 2013 Ferrari F138
welcome to Neonista.blogspot.com website that provides a variety of information about the latest cars in the world. and this time we will share information about the 2013 Ferrari F138  , the following information
A week after teasing us with their new 2013 Formula One race car, Ferrari has finally pulled the covers off of their 2013 racer with every intention of using it to finally supplant Red Bull’s three-year dominance in the racing series.
The car is called the "F138" and if you didn’t know the meaning behind the designation, we’re here to tell you what F138 means. The "F" obviously stands for ’Ferrari’ while the "13" signifies the year - 2013 - where the car is going to race. As for the "8", that’s the number of cylinders the race car carries. There’s plenty of significance for the V-8, at least as far as Ferrari is concerned. With the engine ending its Formula One run this year — the series will switch to turbocharged V-6 engines in 2014 — Ferrari saw fit to pay homage to the departing naturally aspirated 2.4-liter V-8 engine, hence the inclusion in the official designation of the car.
2012 runner-up Fernando Alonso will spearhead Ferrari’s attempt to finally end Red Bull’s three-year reign, where he will be once again joined by teammate Felipe Massa. We have no expectations for Massa this year, but Alonso’s a different case altogether.
If there’s anybody that can dethrone Red Bull and three-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, it’s Alonso and the Ferrari F138.source:topspeed.com

2013 Ferrari 458 Spider | Review, Price, Specification

The Latest CarsThe new Ferrari 458 Spider joins the 458 Italia, widening the range of Ferrari's mid-rear engined V8s and offering the same uncompromising technological solutions, handling and performance in a refined open-top configuration. It is equipped with a Ferrari patented, fully retractable hard top, a world first for a sports car with this lay-out.

The Ferrari 458 Spider is powered by Ferrari's 570 CV 4,499 cc V8 which was named International Engine of the Year 2011. The power is transferred to the road by Ferrari's class-leading dual-clutch F1 paddle-shift transmission through the sophisticated E-Diff, itself integrated with the F1-Trac traction control and high-performance ABS for maximum handling dynamics. The car delivers 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in under 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.

Certain features, such as its accelerator pedal mapping and the damping of the multilink suspension, have been calibrated to guarantee maximum sportiness and absolute driving pleasure with the top down, in line with Maranello's exclusive spider tradition. Even the engine soundtrack has been honed to ensure that the car's occupants are completely captivated by the drop-top driving experience.

The 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider delivers 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in under 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h. Entirely in aluminum, the hard-top solution adopted for the 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider offers a number of advantages over the traditional folding soft-top, including a reduction of 25 kg in weight compared to Ferrari F430 Spider and a deployment time of just 14 seconds. Fully integrated into the styling of the car, the 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider hard-top was engineered to fit neatly ahead of the engine bay without compromising aerodynamics or the performance of the car. The small space needed to house the roof enables the designers to include a generous rear bench for luggage behind the seats.

2012 Mansory Ferrari 458 Spider Monaco Edition

Refining of sports cars is more than just a business for Mansory. Extraordinary customisation is what the German supercar modifier is all about. Based in Brand, Germany and owned by Kourosh Mansory, the company has now modified the prancing horse’s 458 Spider, and only three will be made.

The customised Spider gets carbon fibre all over enabling a weight saving of 60kg. There’s a striking side skirt with optimised air intakes, the new bonnet and side sills exude an aggressive aura and adds to the drive dynamics steadying the air flow between axles and feed additional air to the engine compartment through integrated routed channels. The diffuser built into the new rear skirt stabilises the rear at high speeds and creates downforce with the serial air wing.

But the MANSORY convertible does not impress only with its fascinating design. As a result of an optimised engine management, a sports air filter and a sports exhaust system engine performance as well as acceleration both improve significantly.

Thanks to 590 hp / 434 kW and 560 Nm the eight-cylinder accelerates from zero to one hundred (km/h) in a breathtaking 3.2 seconds. The top speed is 330 km/h which is also higher than the base vehicle. As the perfect wheel-tyre combination MANSORY has built forged rims with central locking in 9 x 11 and 11 x 21 dimensions with Michelin PS2 tyres in the VA 245/35, ZR20 and HA 305/30 ZR21 sizes.source:lincah.com,zigwheels.com

2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta

Specification Modification Image Review 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta
Enough with the carefully orchestrated teaser videos, the spy shots, the leaked images. This is the real deal. This is our first official look at the 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, which will replace the aging 599 GTB Fiorano in Ferrari's lineup after its debut on the world stage at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
While the F12 Berlinetta's general profile roughly resembles that of its predecessor, there's not a single bit of sheetmetal shared between the two cars. Styled by longtime design partner Pininfarina, the F12 Berlinetta is an interesting amalgamation of strong, flowing surfaces and existing design cues.

Up front, the F12 Berlinetta's long headlamps bear a resemblance to those of the 458 Italia, while a large egg crate grille -- much like that used on the four-wheel-drive FF -- dominates the lower half of the fascia. The F12's front fenders quickly taper to a narrow point, allowing the hood surfaces to wrap down and around the side of the car, terminating in a large V-shaped swage that curves upward into the rear fenders.

Performance
Although Ferrari has previously dabbled with hybrid systems and forced induction, the F12 Berlinetta sticks to a time-tested tradition: a big, normally aspirated 12-cylinder engine.

The new F12 uses the same basic 6.3-liter V-12 as the FF wagon, but the engine appears to be much more powerful in F12 guise. According to Ferrari, it provides the FF with an incredible 730 horsepower at 8000 rpm, along with 508 lb-ft of torque at 6000 rpm. Early claims of the F12 Berlinetta becoming the most powerful (road-legal) Ferrari appear to be accurate. Not only does this mean the F12 Berlinetta eclipses the 599 GTB (600 hp/448 lb-ft) and the 599 GTO (660 hp/494 lb-ft), it also surpasses the original 599xx racer (720 hp/506 lb-ft) and comes close to the track-focused 599xx Evoluzione (750 hp/516 lb-ft).

Coupled with the lightning-quick seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox, Ferrari claims the 6.3-liter V-12 is capable of launching the F12 Berlinetta from 0-62 mph in a scant 3.1 seconds, and suggests a top speed just over the 211-mph mark. Ferrari is equally proud of two other performance metrics: When packaged with an optional start/stop system, the F12 can deliver a 30-percent increase in fuel economy, along with a 16-percent decrease in carbon dioxide emissions.

As is expected of such a machine, the F12 Berlinetta is equipped with Ferrari's full suite of performance-enhancing features, including E-Diff, ESP Premium, F1-Trac, and high-performance ABS algorithms. Carbon ceramic brakes are standard, as are Ferrari's revised adaptive magnetorheological dampers.

Ferrari claims the F12 Berlinetta lapped its Fiorano test track in 1:23, which makes it the fastest Ferrari road car ever to have lapped the circuit. Top speed for the car comes in at over 211 mph.
Visually the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta was a design collaboration between the Ferrari Styling Centre and Pininfarina. Both companies spent a lot of time creating a “perfect balance of uncompromising aerodynamics with harmonious proportions interpreting the typical elements of Ferrari’s front-engined V12 cars in an original and innovative way.” Right – enough of that – go check out the pictures.source:egmcartech.com,automobilemag.com,motortrend.com

2013 Ferrari Enzo Review,price,interior,exterior

Information Specification Modification Image Review  2013 Ferrari Enzo
“We want to surprise people, not only giving money, but also the presentation of the car” , told Automotive News Europe Luca di Montezemolo in Geneva. It can therefore be expected that the successor to the Enzo will be presented to a select group of potential customers at the end of this year. Italian manufacturer has not yet decided where the car will be shown publicly. Spokesman for Ferrari said that the most likely date would be a car showroom in Detroit or Geneva next year. Given, however, fair rank and status of the car the more likely site for the presentation will be fair in Geneva.

The 2012 Ferrari Enzo is a 12 cylinder mid-engine berlinetta named after the company’s founder, Enzo Ferrari. 2012 Ferrari Enzo was built in 2012 using Formula One technology, such as a carbon-fibre body, F1-style electrohydraulic shift transmission, and Carbon fibre-reinforced Silicon Carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite disc brakes. Also used are technologies not allowed in F1 such as active aerodynamics and traction control. After a downforce of 775 kg (1,709 lb) is reached at 300 km/h (186 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce.

Power, according to foreign media reports, the new car will be equipped with maximum power of 789 hp 6.2L V12 engine, KERS kinetic energy recovery system can also provide an additional power of 117 horsepower. The expected new car 0-100km / h acceleration time of less than 2.5 seconds, top speed can reach 408km / h. The new car is very likely to release the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The new flagship of the Lamborghini LP 700-4 listed makes Ferrari gradually fall into the passive, the Enzo’s successor, naturally became the latest competitive weapon, this weapon is very likely to become the Bugatti the most powerful competitors.

Ferrari says its hybrid system, known as “HY-KERS”, has reduced fuel consumption by 40 percent in testing and has also improved vehicle acceleration. Ferrari says a HY-KERS equipped car is about 3 seconds faster to 200kph than a gas-only car.

The hybrid system will add about 265 pounds to the vehicle’s weight, but Ferrari will combat that through the extensive use of carbon fiber. Felisa noted that the Enzo successor will use Formula One grade carbon fiber, which is lighter and stronger than the carbon material used in the construction of the original Enzo.

Samsung Electronics will provide the lithium-ion batteries for the hybrid, but Ferrari will construct the battery packs at its F1 racing headquarters in Fiorano, Italy.
